Mr Steven Wylie turned up 20 mins late to my collection to go to the airport ,I told him on the phone that it was very important i was not late as it was for to go to a family funeral and he assured me he would not be late but clearly he is a liar. Half way to the airport the taxi he was driving broke down but no surprise as the taxi looks 40 years old, So i needed to call another taxi company , steve still expected to be paid even after all the trouble he put me through. 0/10 worst taxi company ever !!!!!!
